What side effects may occur?
As with any drug product, there may be side effects. The most commonly reported side effects in patients treated with Generic Cialis(Tadafil)during the testing of the product were:
- headache
- indigestion
- back pain
- muscle pain
- flushing
- stuffy nose
Patients who get back pain and muscle aches usually get them 12 to 24 hours after taking Generic Cialis(Tadafil) and these usually go away by themselves within 48 hours. A small number of patients taking Generic Cialis(Tadafil) also reported abnormal vision.
Generic Cialis(Tadafil) Drug Interactions
Do not take Generic Cialis(Tadafil) together with the following medications as they may cause very low blood pressure and may cause extreme dizziness, fainting, heart attack and even stroke.
- Alpha blockers such as doxazosin
- Nitrates
- Nitroglycerin drugs
Tell your doctor if you are taking other drugs to treat erectile dysfunction such as Viagra, Vardenafil, Yocon and others.
You doctor may advise you not to take Generic Cialis(Tadafil) or prescribe a much lower dosage for you of you are taking any of the drugs mentioned.

Tell your doctor about your medical conditions and all medications, and ask if you're healthy enough for sexual activity. Don't take Generic Cialis if you take nitrates, often prescribed for chest pain, as this may cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. Don't drink alcohol in excess (to a level of intoxication) with Generic Cialis, as this may increase your chances of getting dizzy or lowering your blood pressure.
Sexual stimulation is required for Generic Cialis to work. You will not get an erection just by taking Generic Cialis without sexual stimulation.
